Processing Time

  • Orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
  • Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate (calculated at checkout).
  • International shipping coming soon — stay tuned!

Delivery Time

  • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days once shipped.
  • Total time = Processing (2–3 days) + Delivery (3–7 days).

Delays

  • During holidays, sales, or unexpected supplier delays, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always notify you if so.

Address Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address.
  •  We can’t guarantee replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
